These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Knowly mobile application and related services (the “App”) operated by Knowly (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 17 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Knowly. If you use the App on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Knowly provides relationship tools for couples and individuals, including mood tracking, games, quizzes, articles, partner pairing, notifications, and optional AI-powered coaching features. Content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You may create an account via guest access, Apple Sign In, or other methods we offer. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at knowly.app.help@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Pairing links your account with a partner’s account. You are responsible for only pairing with someone who consents. Shared content may be visible to your linked partner as described in the App and Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the App. You represent that you have the rights to share such content.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for critical decisions. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data you are not comfortable processing through our systems.
The App, branding, design, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App integrates third-party services (e.g. authentication, analytics, payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account where available. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect users and the service. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
We may modify these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
