This Privacy Policy describes how Knowly (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Knowly mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location. We do not sell your personal information.
Where applicable, we process data based on: performance of our contract with you, your consent (e.g. notifications, ATT), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), and legal obligations.

These providers are bound by contracts and may only use data as instructed by us, except where required by law.
When you pair with a partner in the App, certain content you choose to share (such as mood, status, or game results) may be visible to that linked account. You control pairing through in-app flows; you can end pairing or delete content where the App allows.
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the App. You may request account deletion (see Section 9). Backup copies may persist for a limited period for security and legal compliance.
We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact knowly.app.help@outlook.com or use in-app account deletion if available.
Residents of the EEA/UK may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Residents of Türkiye may contact the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK).
Knowly is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required by law.
We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, where required, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
